Once we have received your payment the order will be dispatched within 18 hours, when this occurs you will receive a second email informing you of this. 

Shipping is detailed above and is included in the price unless stipulated otherwise.

Over the Christmas period we will endeavour to get your orders processed within 12 hours.

Christmas Delivery

Please remember to order in advance as much as possible as the royal Mail gets overloaded at this time of year.  We recommend Free delivery order should be made before 15th of December and Next Day Deliveries will end on the 22nd of December.

Our typical order process

Orders are received as emails from our payment providers, we check emails at 9am, 1pm, 4.30pm and 8pm everyday.  If your order is received before the 4.30pm email check then it is likely to go out that day.  All our orders are posted from the main depot at 5.30pm daily.

Your package is sent in a waterproof and tamperproof sealed polypak mailing sack to reduce scuffs and eliminate water damage. With some deliveries your order is sent in two packages so don't be alarmed if you get one and not the other as it it will more than likely be close behind.  Usually you will receive an email with your tracking number in that evening, but sometimes this may arrive the following evening depending on how hectic the day has been. 

If your helicopter has not yet arrived, please use your tracking number to contact Royal Mail and discover where it is.  Sometimes the postman will get a neighbour to sign for it, so please investigate before contacting us.

We provide spares for the Jabo,Dragonfly and HoneyBee 2 helicopters, most of the spares you see in the manual we have in stock.  Jabo spares are online Dragonfly spares are also in stock but we do not have them online yet.
